Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the MenuMacros mobile app (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

Apple’s standard licence terms

MenuMacros is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these Terms. The App is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), which you can read here: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and Apple’s standard EULA conflict, Apple’s standard EULA governs your licence to use the App on Apple devices.

Using MenuMacros

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
• You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Not medical or nutritional advice

MenuMacros helps you discover restaurant dishes that fit your stated goals. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Calorie and macro figures are estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your diet or health, especially if you have allergies or a medical condition. We are not responsible for restaurant menus, ingredients, availability, or pricing, which are set by the restaurants themselves.

Subscriptions & payments

• MenuMacros offers an optional paid subscription, MenuMacros Pro, available at £9.99/week or £29.99/year. The yearly plan includes a 1-week free trial. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before you purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device’s account settings. If you cancel a free trial during the trial period, you won’t be charged.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

Intellectual property

The App, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by MenuMacros and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the App except as permitted by law.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate or recommendation will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MenuMacros will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you. MenuMacros - not Apple - is solely responsible for the App and its content.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the App from time to time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
